As an Entry Level Safety Coordinator, you will have the unique opportunity to develop a great career in safety. You will be responsible for ensuring that our distribution center is compliant with all regulatory and OSHA requirements. This includes walking the floor, training new hires on safety protocols and processes, addressing any unsafe actions or conditions, completing injury investigations and reports, hosting daily safety meetings and tracking injury data.
You will need to be able to stand and walk for prolonged periods of time, lift up to 25 pounds, and have strong communication skills. This position requires a person with a passion for safety and an eye for detail. We are looking for someone with the drive to make sure our employees are working in safe conditions at all times.
Pay Rate: $19/hr | Shift: TBD
*Must be Bilingual - English and Spanish*

This includes developing and implementing safety policies and procedures, training employees on proper safety protocols, conducting regular inspections of machinery and equipment for potential hazards and engaging in proactive initiatives to prevent workplace injuries. - Ability to stand and walk for prolonged periods of time

- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
