Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Kitchen Production Supervisor to oversee daily food production operations within a large-scale food distribution facility. This position is responsible for supervising production employees, maintaining food quality and safety standards, ensuring production goals are met, and supporting efficient kitchen operations.

Pay: $47, 500 $52, 500 per year

Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate daily kitchen and food production activities.
- Lead, train, and monitor production employees to ensure productivity and quality standards are met.
- Ensure food is prepared, portioned, packaged, and handled according to established specifications.
- Monitor production schedules and ensure orders are completed accurately and on time.
- Maintain compliance with food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety requirements.
- Conduct quality checks throughout the production process and address issues as needed.
- Monitor inventory, ingredients, supplies, and production materials.
- Maintain accurate production records, logs, and reports.
- Assist with scheduling, staffing, and assigning daily production tasks.
- Identify opportunities to improve workflow, efficiency, and production processes.
- Address employee performance, attendance, and operational concerns in a timely manner.
- Work closely with management and other departments to meet production and distribution needs.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe production environment.
Qualifications
- Previous supervisory or lead experience in food production, commercial kitchens, food manufacturing, or food distribution.
- Experience working in a high-volume food production environment strongly preferred.
- Knowledge of food safety, sanitation, and quality control practices.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced production environment.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work effectively with a diverse production team.
- Previous experience in a warehouse, food distribution center, or large-scale production facility is a plus.
