Job Title: East Coast Accounting Supervisor
Reports to: Accounting Manager
FLSA Status: Exempt
Job Purpose: Oversee Warehouse Accounting for the East Coast Region
Pay: $50K
Benefits: Medical, Dental, AD & D
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Review and publish Daily Volume, Weekly Reports, & Monthly Reports
Develop and implement SOP s and work flow for the department
Provide training to new and existing staff as needed
Create operational budget and forecasting activities
Create ROI and project plans
Facilitate the standardization of all DC s operational reports to be in line with WCD, Inc Administrative Office directives.
Maintain vendor files
Consults with Senior Accounting Manager, Accounting Manager, Accounting Analyst, All levels of DC Management
Skills and Abilities
Strong computer skills required
Strong Excel skills required
Good organizational skills
Education and/or Experience:
Requires 2-5 years of work experience
Knowledge of DC operations
Strong sense of teamwork
Able to adhere to strict deadlines
