Job Purpose: Oversee Warehouse Accounting for the East Coast Region
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Review and publish Daily Volume, Weekly Reports, and Monthly Reports
- Develop and implement SOP s and work flow for the department
- Provide training to new and existing staff as needed
- Create operational budget and forecasting activities
- Create ROI and project plans
- Facilitate the standardization of all DC s operational reports to be in line with company Administrative Office directives.
- Maintain vendor files
- Consults with Senior Accounting Manager, Accounting Manager, Accounting Analyst, All levels of DC Management
Skills and Abilities
- Strong computer skills required
- Strong Excel skills required
- Good organizational skills
Education and/or Experience:
- Requires 2-5 years of work experience
- Knowledge of DC operations
- Strong sense of teamwork
- Able to adhere to strict deadlines
